You might think “if I just work harder then I’ll get more done”... but working more can actually make you LESS productive. Listen in and find out why working more isn’t always the best strategy and how you can optimize your brain’s natural attention limits to work less!
After graduating with my Ph.D. I landed my dream job at a hospital in Calgary. But after a few years in this fantastic position I wasn’t feeling motivated to work. In fact, I felt bored!
So I started my own business, while also working my day job. Working a lot of hours. In the short term, I was able to get things done. But over time I ended up pushing past my brain’s limits and burning myself out.
Find out why your brain stops working efficiently when you become a workaholic, how reducing hours creates more efficiency, and how a time audit could get your productivity back on track.
