5-minute daily meditation ritual to take on holiday stress: difference in patience, gratitude and overall clarity. Giving myself grace about caring about my diet in the way I currently am in this season of life. I want to fuel myself for a long and healthy life; it’s okay to want to educate myself on that, and it’s okay if I don't always apply it. Accepting myself in my current state, accepting my desire to learn more, and still listening to my inner knowing and intuition throughout.
