IT’S BEEN A MINUTE Y’ALL! Here’s some life updates on what I’ve been up to (San Diego, camping, my daughter’s first birthday party, my bachelorette party AND I’m getting MARRIED ON FRIDAY!) & some tips for emotional regulation that I practice. 


I’ve been spending a ton of time this summer really healing my relationship with myself and learning how to slow the EFF down in life, so that I can not feel like I’m constantly on a hamster wheel.
