Manoj Dias wears a lot of hats. He’s first and foremost a father, he’s been a meditation teacher for over a decade, he’s the founder of Australia’s first drop-in meditation studio, the co-founder of a meditation platform called Open, and an author. He’s also quite active in social justice and is the co-founder of EveryMan Australia and New Zealand, an emotional intelligence movement for men. We talk about the role spirituality plays in social justice, how to avoid spiritual bypassing, and the importance of self-care. He has so much wisdom to share that all of us would be wise to listen to.
