Gina Moreno is a First Generation Mexican American, who is the first one in her family to graduate from college. Now Program Manager at Microsoft, Gina’s mindset has been created by traveling to 17 countries, her investment in mental health, and being intentional about her self-growth & self-expression. Gina holds an Industrial Engineering BS &

Systems Engineering MS from University of Texas at El Paso. She gave a TEDx talk in 2019- Empowering women through STEM Leadership. “We are all multidimensional and it's time to take up space and sit at the table where decisions are made!” Gina since then has shared her story and lessons through organizations whose mission lies on empowering women, the hispanic community and the first-generation community. Gina creates content across social media platforms and now has over 75,000 followers and now has been featured on Business Insider, Univision, NBC, LA Times, and more. Gina’s mission is for her audience to feel heard, encouraged to self-invest and empowered to chase their ever-changing dreams.
