She is a social entrepreneur, empathy trainer, and professional speaker with over a decade of experience in the education sector and work-life. She is the founder of World of Empathy or Gleding, a company that offers digital platforms, storytelling, trainings, and community-building to help people find more resilience, belonging and joy. She is also the author of four bestselling books and the host of two podcasts on empathy and human skills.

Siri has been nominated for several awards, including Young Leader of the Year, Social Entrepreneur of the Year, and Best Speaker. She holds two bachelor's degrees in leadership and management (from BI), and intercultural communication and religion. She lives with her family in Norway and the UK.
