1. Do people know who you are, what you’re about, and what your provide, when they reach out to you?
2. Are people asking you the same questions? Can you answer on your website or socials before they even ask?
3. If you were someone inquiring for your services, how would you feel looking at your website?
4. Is your name and a photo of you shown on your website and/or socials? People want to know who they’re reaching out to!
