Are you feeling drained? Exhausted? Burnout? What are areas in your life that give you energy? These questions aren't rhetorical.

It's important to plan out spaces and areas in your life where you feel like you gain life! What are the things that give you energy? Take action and build out spaces to be you and regain energy. When you have that extra energy you can spend it on areas that are draining.

It's important not to let your tank drop down to empty, get your tank full so you can handle those difficult and draining times.
