My guest today is Vitaly Sedler, CEO and Co-Founder of Intellias a software engineering company which is one of the 15 biggest IT companies in Ukraine.

In this episode Vitaly and I are talking about his story and how he got interested in information technology in a country with a weak economy at that time.

After leading Intellias for over 18 years with a close to 100 % focus he faces constant changes in their industry to which the company had to adapt. Now they aim to achieve their goal of growing to a $1 Billion company.
