Karinda is a qualified naturopath, wholistic hormone guide and menstrual cycle coach.

Her passion and her work is devoted to supporting healthy, balanced periods, hormones and cycles.

She’s a certified teacher in Natural Fertility Education - specifically the Fertility Awareness Method (otherwise known as FAM), and supports her clients through their hormonal journeys (including hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS and coming off hormonal contraception). She's also a gem at blending the science with the energetics, teaching the feminine wisdom contained within the menstrual cycle too.
