On the podcast today, we sit down with Ukrainian street artist Alex Maksiov, who began painting insane 3D artworks in 2010, gaining worldwide attention and ushering in an international mural career as his work began blowing up online.

Coming from Ukraine, where street art prevailed but mural commissions were few, Alex experienced the full power of the internet. When one mural went viral online, so too did the offers to paint at international events.

Although his anamorphic murals brought him to fame, Alex's work spans styles and subjects so diverse, always exploring the many artistic expressions that interest him.
