Recently, I've found solace in solitude. External influences often introduce drama or baggage that can disrupt our inner peace. While it's essential to value self-reliance, be cautious not to adopt the mindset of total independence(ex. “All I have is myself and don’t need anyone else”)  as it can lead to toxicity and potential dangers.
