Mostly this episode is about how to speak to yourself with kindness and compassion especially when you have done something that you are disappointed by or have let yourself down in some way. The way we speak to ourselves really matters. Believe it or not, the things that we say to ourselves we believe! The words we use and even the intonation and inflection matter and certainly the feeling behind them. Here's how I work on speaking to myself with more kindness and compassion and understanding when I have done something that lets me down.
