In this episode, I'll share a wonderful practice and skill for developing a positive mindset. It's the art of thought conversion. We'll look at how to disconnect more from your thoughts and look at them as a passive observer. In this way, you'll learn how to keep more of those thoughts that are positive and let go of those that are negative and potentially destructive to you. Thoughts are like clothes, you can put them on and take them off, keep those you like and get rid of those you don't. The more positive and uplifting the wardrobe of our minds, the better we will feel while wearing those thoughts in our life.
