WHAT WORKED FOR ME: *Neem oil *black seed oil *vitamin d drops *probiotic yogurt on face *eliminating all anti inflammatory foods for approx *45 days (all grains, gluten, dairy, alcohol, etc) *daily affirmations & visualization (helped with dealing with depressive symptoms) *working with a naturopath
