Sometimes the only way to take off the rose-colored glasses is to sit down and write it all out. In this episode, I begin sharing a few things from my personal list of “100 Things I Hate About My Ex” - a raw, unfiltered exercise in clarity and healing. We often get stuck ruminating on the good memories, but abusers rely on that nostalgia to keep us hooked. This isn’t about bitterness, it’s about finally telling the truth.

I invite you to do the same: write your own list. It doesn’t have to be 100. Just start. If you’re still replaying the relationship in your head, this might be the breakthrough you need.
