5 Tips for City Dwellers
When I lived in a small, 6th floor apartment - with not even a balcony - of a bustling city with all of my boys, things were tight. I felt like we were always right on top of each other and I definitely didn't feel any connection to nature. If you read my previous post, you know that there are a few reasons to spend lots of time outside (preferably barefoot). This is true for us adults but it's even more crucial for our little ones.
