During the early COVID-19 lockdown Daz started training indoors using a 2nd hand Turbo Trainer and Zwift. Now with his hands on a Wattbike Atom, and a member of the Atom Racing Team as a Zwift Power A Category rider having improved from a starter to a contender, these are his rants, grunts and comments for any other 40-somethings or older getting accustomed to the world of virtual indoor cycle training.
