In this episode Brandi and Matthew share the story of adopting their daughter. What they thought would be a long process ended up happening very quick. A little less than 2 weeks after being matched with a birth mom, they met their daughter. Their daughter was born prematurely and spent some time in the NICU.  Brandi and Matthew also share in detail what the process of adoption is like and why they chose to have an open adoption.
