A year ago Jennifer Beitz decided she was going to start her career as a coach. She knew that in order to succeed in that field she needed to increase her visibility by creating more video content. For the last year she has been on a journey of improving her public speaking skills, getting more comfortable talking to a camera, and ultimately breaking out of the trap of constant comparison and “never enough” self talk that had been holding her back her whole life.
