Bex is an active advocate for diversity, inclusion and belonging. She is particularly motivated by working with female leaders and business owners to help accelerate the realisation of their aspirations. She has led a number of community and organisational efforts to promote, inspire and cultivate these themes and create tangible and meaningful impact.
