A thunderstorm in Melbourne almost stopped this episode from airing HOWEVER with a little editing and an open mind I had to share it. This weeks episode will be audio only as the video clips were lost in the storm.

I chat with the incredible Carolyn Gahan. We talk everything from working in a salon, chair rental costs, being a brand educator and ambassador, her creative process, budgets for shoots and so much more !

Carolyn loves traditional hair cutting and colouring in the salon. She also is hugely passionate about her editorial and competition work, where she can really stretch and shape her creative aesthetic.

She is a woman who wears a lot of creative hats and is often responsible for the editorial wardrobe styling as well as hair. She started her career in her hometown of Renfrew, Ontario, Canada. Carolyn has traveled the world honing her craft, notably working at the Cannes Film Festival in France (2017), Cosmoprof 2017 in Bologna, Italy and presenting her Avant Garde collection at the Inspire Me show 2019 in Germany.
