By this time, everyone has seen the hashtag. It was Cerise Castle’s tireless investigative journalism which bled the lid off deputy gangs within LASD.   Executioners. Vikings. Regulators. The names of these gangs are now infamous. You’ll hear from Cerise about how the investigation got started, what we know, and how much we still don’t know. What we do know is that the Department is infested with over a dozen gangs which hunt, kill, and abuse they people they’re supposed to protect. The problem goes all the way from deputies on the beat all the way to the highest levels within the department.
