Dr. Kim Richardson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the chief strategic consultant for Richardson Coaching and Consulting LLC, and is currently the Organizational Development Coordinator for Hampton City Schools in Virginia. Additionally, she serves as president-elect for the Virginia Learning Forward Board of Directors and is a member of the VASCD Conference Committee. Since 2014, she has supported individuals and organizations in the education industry in meeting their goals in a variety of capacities. In her current role, she coordinates and delivers professional learning on instruction, coaching, and leadership for school and division-level staff.
