World Cup season is upon us, and as we anticipate watching nations from all over the world battle for the biggest prize on the biggest stage in world football, we also have to remember that some national teams will not be featuring.  Of course, the majority of countries that miss out on World Cup tournaments miss out because they fail to qualify.
