In this episode I speak to Emily MacGregor (@eam.equestrian) who is a young yard manager from the Scottish Borders. We spoke about how leaving school at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic shaped her mindset about her professional life, competing, and how her journey in the relatively short time since leaving school has taken her on a winding road out of and back into the world of working with horses.

Emily tells the story about how the time during the pandemic shaped her riding mindset, helped her recover from a serious fall, and also helped her to re-calibrate where it was she wanted to go with her working life.
