What you believe about yourself is often the reason why you aren’t who you want to be, where you want to be, or living the life you want. So many artists think that they are in their own way, that they are the problem, and I hear it all the time.

This might show up in your thoughts like:

• I don’t believe in myself.
• I don’t trust myself to…
• I’m not good enough at…
• I’m not worthy of…
• I haven’t earned…
• I’m too far behind…
• I am too much for…

I have those thoughts too and I get it. In this episode, I want to give all of us permission to release the perfectionism when it comes to cultivating a new belief in yourself. I invite you decide that the amount of belief you have in yourself is enough.

Don’t let your speck of disbelief in yourself filibuster your creativity. No president has won 100% of the popular vote, yet they are still allowed to run our country.
