Bio: My Guest today is Eric Nicoli CBE. Eric Received a First Class Degree in Physics form King’s College London. He then took the Food Manufacturing industry by storm, first working at Rowntree’s where he created the Yorkie and Lion Bars. Next he Moved to United Biscuits in 1980 where he climbed the ranks to Group Chief Executive, which he held from 1991 to 1999 prior to his move to EMI. EMI at the time of its break-up in 2012, was the 4th largest record label in the industry. From 1993 till 1999 Eric was Non-executive Director at EMI and in 1999 he was appointed Executive Chairman of the Label. He left the company in 2007. Eric currently hold the following positions; Chairman of Wentworth Media & Arts Ltd and Centtrip, Senior Independent Director of the PGA European Tour and Non Executive Chairman of YO! Sushi. Previously he has also held the following positions: Chairman of the HMV Group, Tussard Group Ltd, Vue Entertainment and uSwitch Ltd, Director at Akazoo, Senior Independent Director at Greencore and Investor and advisor at Fiz.com.
