Love Is Us: Exploring Relationships and How We Connect

#7 Healing Through Pleasure, with Fanny LeBoulanger

Listen Later

Welcome to my first adult-themed episode! Fanny is a family doctor turned into an Intimacy and Pleasure Coach, dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their pleasure (and orgasms 😏) and the power that comes with it. Because sexual power is one of the fastest ways to reclaim a life that feels amazing and worth living. Using tools techniques from ancient tantric teachings to up-to-date scientific tools, she helps people reconnect to what they truly want, regarding their life and their sexuality. There's no better sexlife than one looking like what YOU want. Now combining the best of both worlds, she's helping people reclaim their thriving sex and fulfilling life though transformational approaches (breathwork, sex magic, crystal egg, pleasure, sexy knowledge...), always in a fun and playful way. We talk about how we can establish a sense of safety in our bodies, what gets in the way of women feeling pleasure, and how to open up to something more.

One of her favorite tools is the yoni egg, which she recommends as an exploration tool. While Dr. Fanny says glass yoni eggs might be the safest (and easiest to sterilize), she doesn't currently have an online source she recommends (your local sex shop might be a good option). She did, however, point me to a couple of books, which are listed below, in case you'd like to learn more. If you want to experiment with them, it would be wise to do your own research or work with a professional who can guide you.
