Hey Everyone! On Episode 7 of The Behavior Trap Podcast, I had the opportunity to speak to Helen Fiteni. Helen found her way into Applied Behavior Analysis in 2003, when she began working at a preschool for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. Helen's love of working at this school led to her continuing her studies so she could excel in the field. Helen earned her Master's degree with a dual certification in Elementary and Special Education with an emphasis in child development from Long Island University, New York. Helen received her certification in Behavior Analysis in 2008.
Helen's current expertise includes early intervention, school consultation, parent training, and developing behavior management support programs, as well as overseeing staff and all agency operations!
