When one can achieve inner peace, one can live in a state of balance and harmony, both with themselves and the world around them.


Inner peace also helps to improve overall well-being. When one is able to let go of stress and negative thoughts, one can better manage physical and mental health issues. They can also make better decisions and be more present in their interactions with others. In this episode, we are joined by Tudie, a life coach who believes a house is a mirror of self.
