In this episode, I’m sharing some of the little things that helped me start getting (unknowingly) out of my depression and burnout. After my last episode, a listener asked how I managed to do it. Truth is, I don’t reaaally have one answer to that question, but I’ll share what worked for me—finding an amazing doctor, guilt-free binge-watching, comfort food, decluttering, and even hitting the gym (I know, I’m sorry, I actually enjoy it).
