I am coming on in full emotion today. I just spent an hour crying in my car, and I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I want you to know you are not alone. I want you to know that the moments that have you crying in your car are what shape you. We can’t have good days without having bad days my friends. This is real life, the low moments are inevitable but the important thing is these low moments are not what defines you. What you do after going through these hard moments is what defines you as a business owner, as a mom, as a girlfriend, as a wife, as a best friend, as an athlete. It’s what you do next that will push you to grow, that will build your personal development, change your mindset, and ultimately change your life.
In this episode, I share some tips and exercises I do on my bad days. Because what I have realized is that allowing a bad day to dictate your day, productivity, or energy is not the way you grow. That is the way you remain stuck. Life is hard, and I get that. But think about it, what if you are going through this hard time to be able to push past it, to perceiver to keep going through it, to learn from it. To be able to teach somebody else down the road who is going to need you to coach them through it because they're going through the same thing.
Let's get uncomfy ya'll because when we are uncomfy when we are crying in the car, we are making room for growth in our lives in ways we didn't even know were possible.
