👉Organizational alignment - Are we making the organization work better?

👉Visibility - Do people see things happening/changing?

👉Positivity - Does this increase confidence or enthusiasm?

👉Credibility - Does this make the organization more believable?

👉Infrastructure development - Does this increase the resilience of or dependence on communication infrastructure?

👉Network effectiveness - Does this make our informal communication network stronger or better informed?
