Mindset Matters

#7 Josh Quigley | Breaking cycles and going the distance

Listen Later

In this episode of the Mindset Matters Podcast, we dive into the incredible story of world-record cyclist Josh Quigley.

Josh shares the raw story of his lowest point as he survived a suicide attempt and the subsequent calling he then had for cycling. He took on the monumental challenge of cycling around the world, and only through sheer perseverance and no less than eight attempts did he succeed.

We explore Josh’s mindset throughout his cycling challenge, the moments of disbelief in his own abilities and his discovery of his own resilience that allowed him to finally complete his challenge. -
