Whether you are new to fitness or fitness is something that your life revolves around, we can all connect to the idea that the strength obtained from strength training is far more than simply physical strength, but strength training leads to greater mental stamina and resilience. We all know that exercise is important. After all we are told pretty much from birth the importance of eating healthy and exercising, but so many of us don’t recognize the power that fitness has on not only our physique and physical wellbeing, but also on  our inner stamina as well as our mental and emotional well-being.
