Excellence: Being the best we can be with God's grace. Excellence refers to pursuing and doing the best we can with the gifts and abilities God gives, giving our best to the glory of God.   Our world is becoming more and more demanding of excellence, yet strangely, so few are willing to offer it. Excellence is never an accident; it is always a choice. It is the result of high intention, deliberate planning, and exceptional effort. Quite simply, the difference between excellence and mediocrity is effort. Excellence matters to God because he is excellent. If excellence matters to God then it should matter to us who live in the world that he designed.
