Sally Orange is one of those rare people who are both inspiring but also totally relatable. She completely dispels the myth that you have to be 'superhuman' to achieve incredible things.

When Sally retired from the British Army she had two choices she could either let her extreme anxiety take over her life or she could turn it into something that would make a difference to many lives. She chose the latter and in this episode we discuss how she did that, the leadership lessons she has learnt throughout her life and career and how she copes when the anxiety wants to get the better of her.
