Musician, artist, and theatre maker Michael Crean made his debut album 'Songs to The Sea' entirely alone in his garden shed. He creates alternative electro-acoustic music, seamlessly blended with his love of Spoken Word and Poetry. 

In this conversation, Joy and Michael discuss men's mental health, the art of theatre, spoken word, the challenges of being a solo artist, and his experience studying at a conservatoire.
