Morrow provides and oversees the pastoral care for members in times of need. Milly works to confront institutional and systemic violence and builds community capacity.
In this episode she talks about the tie between racial inequality in our culture, how that causes fragility and how to build resilience within ourselves. Building resilient systems are important so we can facilitate transformation in our own lives as well as within our communities.
