Breath and connecting to your body

Guest Bio:
Adrienne Johnson is a mindful movement educator, yoga teacher, therapeutic massage practitioner, and holistic health practitioner specializing in pain management and mobility. More simply, she empowers people to improve their relationship with their bodies, and her practice and teachings are based on accessibility and inclusivity! She loves educating people on anatomy and functional movement so people can have less stress, and feel more resilient, and move more freely in their day-to-day life!
