When we start a New Year we feel as though we can turn over a new leaf, conquer any challenge and become the most unstoppable version of ourselves. There literally ain't no mountain high enough.
We go all guns blazing and then somewhere between week one and week two we start to flag. Instead of going for a run every day, we start to go every other day. Instead of meditating every morning, we decide we'll do it in the evenings, but then we excuse ourselves because we've had a few late nights out. And our #veganuary #dryjanuary health plans go out of the window when someone inconveniently has a birthday celebration in January at an all-you-can-eat steak house.
So how do you keep the momentum going? In this episode we talk about breaking down the grand plans from the vision board and the different methods we use to make them more manageable. We also talk about the importance of balance and not overloading oneself so that the goals simply aren't achievable.
