In this episode, I talk with Kara Payne about experiencing Pregnancy during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She gives us some encouragement but before rushing to the place of hope Kara tells it like it is about how “Corona…took the winds out of the pregnancy sails” a bit. We talk about her prayers and the reminder that her pregnancy was an answered prayer. We discuss the difficulties of reconciling birth plans as hopes and desires shifted as a result of the pandemic and developments in the pregnancy. Kara opened up to our listeners with honesty and vulnerability about where she is as she sits on the cusp of preparing to give birth.
