An increased sexual desire during ovulation makes perfect sense when woman’s body is designed to have babies, which makes us want to have sex at the time when we can conceive. But why would some of us feel horny while we’re bleeding?!

Unlike how our sexual desire peaks near ovulation makes more biological sense, we need to remember that women’s sex drive is affected by many factors including biological, social or psychological.

Some women feel more psychologically safety, stress relief, stimulation  and emotional connection when they have sex during period.
