When you are in the middle of a breakup and in the thick of healing, it can be really hard to work through all of your emotions and find clarity. It can be difficult to understand how to best take care of yourself, learn from this experience, and let the relationship go peacefully in general. We go through 7 questions you can ask yourself after a break up to begin the process of working through the turmoil of a relationship ending. I want to be clear, some of these questions do not apply to to victims of emotional or physical abuse within a relationship. But, in a relationship that does not consist in that nature, these question can be really informative for not only moving forward from a break up, but developing the relationship you have with yourself.
