Jamie Hughes is a social psychologist, coach, and author with over 20 years of experience in trauma, resilience, and mental health education. Having personally navigated psychological abuse and mental health challenges, Jamie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. He specializes in therapeutic writing, resilience building, and helping people learn to observe their past without being trapped by it. Jamie is the author of the "Managing Mental Health" book series, covering anxiety, adult ADHD, PTSD, and clinical depression.
