Our parameters of productivity have always coexisted with the 24 hour day, but what if we changed the rules and moved the goalposts of our definition of internal success and emotional regulation? With infinitely better living circumstances and the ability to access endless information, would we simply stay on task, get more done and feel better whilst doing so? Perhaps before that is possible we need to understand where we stand in the big scheme of things, on our pathway to purpose and strive to operate in "the flow state" where its possible.
