Have you ever wondered what happens to clothes you send to charity shops that don't get sold? We found out that they could be getting sent to Uganda where they are upcycled and "returned to sender" by selling them back to the global north. But who on earth donates shirts with sweat stains under the arms?? Heather confidently announced that swearing is good for us and so please be prepared for a few expletives as we look after our wellbeing in this episode. As if talking about elephant penises last week wasn't enough..... Then Tracy wonders about retirement and permaculture. What will Heather be doing when she retires? Will she ever retire?
