Today’s episode is about Pete Sacks. A rodeo-star, and gentle giant of my childhood, Pete flat out decided that our bad neighbors were going to be taught a lesson or know why.
It all started when Papa bought me my very own horse. It was a tall lanky two-year old that was halter broke, and not much more. I hadn’t grown accustomed to the idea of it, and it hadn’t grown accustomed to the idea of us, so we kept it in the lower corral as things settled.
Then, the tragedy of horrible - likely criminal - neighbors struck. Of which, Pete Sacks took care of the worst of it.
I hope that you'll join me and submit your questions and stories, as a daily opportunity, to move through this and on to creating a better place that rewards unity rather than hate.
