In this episode, Steve and Alec sit down with Irish Olympic Swimmer, Shane Ryan. Shane has not had an easy journey to becoming an Olympic swimmer. Shane was a swimmer at Penn State University when he decided to claim Irish heritage. Right after this decision, he packed up his bags and moved to Ireland to train for the 2016 Rio Olympics. In this interview, we talk about how Shane adjusted to moving to Ireland, his training schedule, and how he gained his mental toughness.
